Privacy notice
Last updated 9 September 2026
This notice explains what Omni-FI Ltd does with personal data collected through this website. It covers the sandbox access request form, which is the only place this site collects personal data.
Who we are
Omni-FI Ltd is a company incorporated in Mauritius and is the data controller for the personal data described here. Our registered office is Omnicane House, Mon Trésor Business Gateway, New Airport Access Road, Plaine Magnien 51521, Republic of Mauritius. For any question about this notice, or to exercise the rights set out below, write to hello@omni-fi.co.
What we collect
When you submit the sandbox access request form we collect your full name, your email address, the company or project you are working on, and the description you give of what you intend to build. This site sets no advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to assess and respond to your request for developer portal and sandbox access, and to contact you about that request. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Our lawful basis
We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@omni-fi.co, and we will delete your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep request details for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so we can follow up as the platform opens. After that we delete them. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will.
Where it is held
Requests reach us by email and are held in the business systems we use to run Omni-FI, some of which are operated by providers outside Mauritius. Only the people who need your request in order to answer it can see it.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act 2017 you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our use of it. Write to hello@omni-fi.co and we will respond within the period the Act allows. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Data Protection Office of Mauritius.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date above. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be notified by email.
